Looking back at 20 years experience in business rules, decision support systems and IT, I have to admit that changing the rules is not enough to change an organisations behaviour. Technology driven change does not work hence it is important to focus on the people behind the system. People need to have trust and therefore knowledge and rules need to be placed in an experience, a context, to build up the trust. One way to create this context is to play a game.

During the event my customers, partners and suppliers where offered a learning experience: They could play one of three games to learn about leadership, rules engines and traffic management. And my mission that share knowledge succeeded!
